As a leading Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we support mission-driven organizations through the development of products and services aimed at increasing the flow of capital to historically underinvested communities across the country.

Based on your responses, you may be matched with CRF, another mission-driven lender, or a business support organization that can help. We work with a network of more than 90 mission-driven lenders across the country.
Once you are matched with a lender or business support organization, they will reach out to discuss next steps. If you’re matched with a CRF loan product, a CRF Lending Representative will contact you within two business days.
CRF and our network of partners work with all types of businesses. Complete our short questionnaire to see if you’re eligible for financing or other resources.
No. However, if you are matched to a particular lender and you decide to move forward with an option provided, your chosen lender may have to pull your credit.
No. We are proudly committed to providing a no cost, no obligation experience in our platform. However, if you are matched to a certain lender, they may or may not have closing costs/fees to be charged upon approval.
No. We neither sell nor give away our small business owners’ contact information.
While having collateral can strengthen your application, it may not prevent you from getting a loan. Many smaller loans do not require collateral, and existing businesses with positive cash flow may also be eligible for a loan without collateral.

Based on your responses and your financing needs, you may be connected with a CRF partner who can help. Once you match and connect with a CRF partner, they will reach out to you with next steps. 

Please allow 2 business days for partners to contact you after submitting your questionnaire. After matching with a partner, make sure that you connect with a partner by pressing the ‘connect’ button located on the results page of your questionnaire. If the ‘connect’ button has been selected and you still have not heard from your service provider, please contact customer care.
Loan repayment periods vary based on individual loan terms. A lending representative will review loan terms with you prior to providing financing. If you have an existing CRF loan, information about this financing can be found by logging into your account.
To create a new online account, please visit the CRF Servicing Center and select “request access”. Complete and submit the request access form. You will receive the link to complete the enrollment within 2 business days. Please note, the link will be sent to the email address within our system. If your information has changed, please contact loan servicing at 1 (866) 440-2570 to update.
To reset your password, please visit the CRF Servicing Center and select ‘forgot your password?’. Then follow the instructions provided.
